The Thai Model Design team was recently asked to design and construct an Architectural Model for Jemstone Park Commercial buildings located in Suphanburi, Thailand. The Jemstone team required a visual aid to assist their sales team in selling the individual units to their prospective buyers.

On this particular project the client asked to emphasise the detailed design of the external building work, specifically the ordemental metal work installed below the lower level roofing. To ensure we encapsulated this the Thai Model Design Team suggested the model be to a scale of 1:33 and also include the addition of LED lighting, which would allow us to show a high level of detail.

This was a technical build for the team due to the extensive detailing required and sophisticated lighting system installed, however the Thai Model Design Team were able to complete the build in only 4 weeks, well under the deadline provided and much to the clients satisfaction.
