The Thai Model Design team recently made these two models of structures being planned at the exciting new development 'Sanctuary Lakes' in Hua Hin. The two villa models represent the larger villa's being build by the development, and will help their sales team to convert sales. 

The Sanctuary Lakes team provided Thai Model Design with CAD drawings and perspective shots, and the build team got to work producing these 1:100 scale models.

Each villa model comes with lighting, landscaping representation, and removable roofing, with an accurate interior depiction of the planned interior. 

The sales team now have an excellent ice-breaker and accurate representation of each of the different types of villa available, helping them to give confidence to potential customers. The Thai Model Design team completed both villa models, and delivered them to the sales office in Hua Hin, within a two week timeframe.
