The Thai Model Design Team were recently contacted by Mayfair 50, who are in the early stages of their new development on Sukhumvit 50. The Thai Model Design Team were commissioned to design and construct a technical Lanscape model for the companies new modern condominium, which would assist their sales team in selling the available units to their prospective buyers.

The model consists of two attached condominuim towers, with a smaller accompanying residence located adjacent and below. The whole complex consists of a swimming pool, decked terrace, a full gymnasium and landscaped gardens around the site.

The client wanted to ensure the finishes would be accurately represented, therefore the Thai Model Design Team opted for a scale of 1:25. We spent a lot of time working with the architects creating samples to make sure the colours on the model were as authentic as possible. The requirement for general illumination added further technical complexity to the project but in the end it all came together as planned and the client was delighted with the finished result.
