The Thai Model Design Team were recently approached by the Supalai Groups Marketing team requesting a full scale model for their newest and biggest condominium complex located in Bangkok. The model will act as a visual aid to assist the sales team in selling the units to their prospective buyers.

This complex model features six elevated apartment blocks, 3 large high rise to the rear and 3 low rise to the front. The client requested that the rear buildings be built to a scale of 1:200 and the front to a scale of 1:150.

The Six elevated apartment blocks all with a raised central walkway and visible parking decks underneath made this a very technically demanding model. Added to which, three independent lighting systems illuminated different aspects of the model, including an individual control for each building. Even though this was a complex build, the team was still able to complete within the 5 week deadline, handing over the model in little over 4 weeks, much to the amazement of the client.
