The Thai Model Design Team was recently approached by a Private Developer who specialises in designing and constructing high end properties here in Thailand. The developer felt he needed a realistically detailed marketing model to allow potential buyers to fully appreciate the unique design of this luxury villa and the intricacies of the architecture.

The Thai Model Design Team decided to go with a smaller scale of 1:50, which enabled us to ensure we captured the intricacies of the architecture as requested by the developer.

This was a very technically demanding model with lots of complex curves, further complicated by the requirement for internal illumination. Even with these challenges the Thai Model Design Team were able to complete the build in 3 weeks, and received great feed back from the client.
