The Thai Model Design Team recently designed and constructed this Landscape model for a new modern condominium build, located on Sukhumvit Soi 24. The model consists of a tall condominuim tower, with an accompanying residence located next door that consists of swimming pool facilities, terracing and landscaped gardens around the site.

The model was designed to a scale of 1:100 to encapsualte the details of the design and also features internal illumination and external fibre optic uplighters to give it more impact. From start to finish it took the Thai Model Design Team a total of only 5 weeks.

The team at LPN Condominium were exceptionally happy with the final model, which will help assist them in selling the available units to their prospective buyers at this exciting and new development.
