The Thai Model Design Team were approached by Crystal homes to create a detailed landscape model for their upcoming development in Bangkok. The developer for this complex group of buildings needed a realistically detailed 3D model to illustrate how the individual buildings formed a linked community.

Our solution was this full colour 1:50 scale model which showed plenty of recognisable detail but was compact enough to fit into their sales office. This was a technically demanding project, many of the houses were split level properties and each plot required accurate modelling.

The lighting effects on this model were a late addition to the spec when the client decided they wanted to add some extra visual impact. Even though model was more or less finished we were able to retro-fit strategically placed LED lighting. Even with the late addition of the lighting, the Thai Model Design Team were still able to complete the build within the 3 week deadline.
