The Thai Model Design Team were recently contacted by the Concord Properties Group based here in Thailand to construct a model for their latest development, the Riverbend Condominium located at Charansanitwong 34 Road, Bangkok.

The build consisted of 2 residential buildings, one large at the rear and one small to the front, both surrounded by Tropical Landscaped Gardens. In between the two buildings the freeform swimming pool and fitness centre are located. The client wanted to ensure we encapsulated the impact of the swimming pool in the construction of the model as it is one of the main features.

The client felt it was important to convey the location of the condominium, being only 500 meters from the Bangkhunnon MRT station, so the team decided to include a full scale version of the MRT overhead track and train to the completed model.

TheThai Model Design team decided upon the the scale of 1:500. The team took a total of 3 weeks to complete the model much to the satifsfaction of the team at Concord Properties group, who were extremly happy with the completed model.
